A bit of preparation now can save you later.
Every Spring, yes, E.v.e.r.y. Spring, we get the call from someone who has just come in from watering their yard or garden, or has just washed tools, or the car, driveway, etc. They have re-entered their lovely home and are standing in a puddle inside their home. Some water damages are pretty much unavoidable, but for this type, there is a very simple step that can greatly lower the risk.
In the Fall, disconnect all garden hoses. Some authorities also recommend covering the outside hydrant with an insulated cover. Regardless of the cover, please disconnect your outdoor hoses before we have an Oklahoma freeze.
While we hope you never experience a disaster, we at SERVPRO of Greater Broken Arrow DO want to meet our neighbors and ARE available 24/7 to help you with emergencies, or need.
